The Retreat
Daylesford is a popular little spa town located in the Macedon Ranges region, just an hour or so north-west of Melbourne. Its village vibe is blessed with the kind of cafes, shops and boutique accommodation you’d find in the ‘hippest’ parts of Melbourne.
Situated on 2½ acres of undulating gardens, the property is graced with established trees, oaks, birches and gums, lovingly planted over 20 years ago.
Before and after a healing session, we invite our clients to wander around
the gardens, lake and pond – to be still, to contemplate, to reconnect with your true self, to heal.

Kinesiology Balancing

Great health and peace of mind are priceless and as part of your health care regime I recommend a regular session of Kinesiology. Kinesiology is an amazing therapy and I have dedicated myself to learning and using this therapy to help myself and my many clients. I have been mastering the art of Kinesiology for the past 15 years, studied many modalities (see below for list) As a Kinesiologist I look at your body from a holistic stand point and I am working with the bioelectrical part of your body. When we have a session it is called a balance as together we are putting the body back into a balanced, safe, relaxed state. Your brain, your cells and most of your body has a frequency and bioelectrical fires your neurons and creates cellular communication around your entire body. When these messages are disrupted or slowed by stress of some kind, biochemical changes occur and you don’t feel so good, sleep may be disrupted, pain, muscle tightness, mental disorganisation, emotional disturbances and fatigue can all be a flow on effect. In the last 10 years I have been studying the relationship between neuroscience and stress and trauma and creating ways to support my clients to work through their pain, stress, trauma, abuse, emotional upsets. I am very interested in the relationship between hereditary trauma and our quality of life and how we can release this. I have a unique way of working and have helped many people come through mental issues, learning problems and traumatic events to live again in harmony and peace, recapturing their sparkle for live, love and their higher purpose.
During a session I utilise the latest technology of the Zyto Elite Bio Scan Software. At the beginning of the session I will scan your body for hydration, system scan looking at your detoxification, digestive, toxic load, hormonal balance, sleep and inflammation. This helps me get a snap shot of how your body is functioning and helps me understand where the stress is coming from. We then utilise this information within your Kinesiology balance. Usually the scan will take 15mins at the start of your session. After that we relocate to a massage table and use Muscle testing to access further information. While on the table I also use Bio Magnetic Pair therapy if it is necessary. This is an amazing tool that I use to support your body to clear parasites, virus, bacteria and support dysfunctions within the organs and glands. This therapy is very effective for long term infections and giving the immune system a boost to help it clear up stealth pathogens residing in your body.
